销售条款

如果付款后不能参加会议，组委会允许派相同级别的人员代为出席。如明确不能出席，必须以书面形式提出，包括写信、发传真或Email。如在10月20日前提出，扣除20％手续费 ，10月21-28日提出，扣除50％手续费，10月28日后提出将不予退款。
